In July 2008, the Japanese company Kotobukiya released the first in a planned four statue series of their ARTFX Theatre Statues for the Indiana Jones franchise. The series included three-dimensional, twelve-inch statues based on a scene from each of the four movies.
The first statue was based on Raiders of the Lost Ark, and featured Indiana Jones fleeing the Temple of the Chachapoyan Warriors with the boulder behind him. The second and last statue to date, was based on Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom and released in October 2008. It depicted Indiana Jones preparing to cut the rope bridge from the movie's climax.
