Indiana Jones ended up in Argentina in June 1919 when he found himself on a ship bound for the country after being beaten up and robbed while trying to get from France to New York.[1]

Jones and Francisca Uribe del Arco traveled through Buenos Aires in 1937 in their search for the Chimu Taya Arms of Cuzco.[2]
