The Canyon of the Crescent Moon was a canyon in Hatay and the location of the Temple of the Sun that held the Holy Grail. It was on the rim of this canyon where Indiana Jones fought a tank-equipped expedition of Nazis. This canyon was also the area which the Hatay tank fell into.
