In 1957, he, along his partner, protected the Chauchilla Cemetery from unwanted visitors, killing them if they approached. However, he and his companion only watched at night, while during the day slept, which they did wrong, as Harold Oxley stole the Crystal Skull of Akator one day and then returned it in another.
However, that same year, the archaeologist Indiana Jones, accompanied by his son Mutt Williams entered in the cemetery in search of the Francisco de Orellana's grave. Seeing the unwanted visitors, the Second Cemetery Warrior attacked Indiana Jones and Mutt Williams, since he thought that they were graverobbers. During the fight, the warrior attempted to sneak up on Williams with a blowgun loaded with a poison dart but Jones caught him by surprise and blew the projectile back into the warrior's throat from the other side, killing him in the process, while his partner was more fortunate and simply got chased away after Jones showed him his pistol.
Behind the scenesEdit
The Second Cemetery Warrior was portrayed by Ernie Reyes, Jr. in Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull.
In the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull comic book adaptation, the Second Cemetery Warrior's fate is altered. He dies, like in the film, but his death was drastically changed. Instead of being killed by his own poison dart, Indiana Jones knocks out him and his partner with his whip and later drop the two off a cliff, killing them.
In LEGO Indiana Jones 2: The Adventure Continues, the Second Cemetery Warrior appears with more than one partner (apart of this, they had a king). However, he, along his partners, were defeated and possibly killed by Indiana Jones and Mutt Williams.
