Dominic was a muscular thug working for Busby Giles.
In 1936, he and Oinkster approached Professor Indiana Jones and his archaeology students outside a sealed off Hopi cave in Arizona. Pretending to be agents of the Bureau of Indian Affairs, but letting his partner do most of the talking, the two convinced Jones and his students to leave the site for their own safety - emphasizing their point with their rifles.[1]

It is not clear whether Dominic later encountered Jones during his investigations at the Hopi cave.
