Kate was a student enrolled in an archaeology class taught by Indiana Jones at Barnett College in 1939.
During a lecture on arrowheads, her fellow student Jerry Travis attempted to impress her saying that he could easily estimate the age of an arrowhead acording to how rough and crude they were.
