This grail painting was part of the Brunwald art collection in 1938.
It was considered so important since it represented an actual property of the Holy Grail. It was kept in a secret vault with another presumed grail painting.
Behind the scenes[]
There are two versions of the painting which differ randomly each time the player starts the game: a version in which the Holy Grail glows, and another where it doesn't. Depending on whether the Grail on the painting glows or not, combined with information found in the Grail Diary, the player is able to determine the true Grail in the Temple of the Sun.
