Herman Mueller, Senior was the archaeologist father of Indiana Jones' childhood friend, Herman Mueller.
Biography[]
A member of the American Friends of Germany, Herman Mueller, Sr. was not a professional archaeologist, but he was a wealthy amateur who had made many finds that were displayed in museums.[2]
In 1913 Mueller, Sr. was on a dig just outside of the prehistoric monument of Stonehenge.[2]
