The Himalayas are a mountain range in central Asia, containing some of the highest peaks on Earth including the world's highest Everest. Running east-west, the range forms the border between India and Tibet, with the nations of Nepal and Bhutan sandwiched in between.
Indiana Jones, Short Round and Wu Han were once set upon by nomadic thieves when they journeyed through the range during a yak ride,[1] and later Jones and Sophia Hapgood discovered the lost city of Chanri-Ha there in 1938.[2]
