Professor Karen Mays worked for an unnamed British Government department as an expert of Ancient Languages. She became a co-worker with Indiana Jones on "The Gateway Project", in an effort to learn the secrets of the Crystal Cylinder of Stonehenge and keep it out of the hands of Nazi agents.
