The Russian soldier that used the name of Lincoln helped Irina Spalko along his companions to found with the help of archaeologist Indiana Jones, the metal sarcophagus with the Roswell remains at Hangar 51 in 1957. When they opened the sarcophagus, the magnetic remains within pulled the glasses off of his face, like Spalko's sword.
Later (after getting his glasses back), he was one of the three soldiers who followed Indiana Jones to Doom Town, not knowing that it wasn't a real town but a nuclear testing site. Upon hearing the air raid siren, Lincoln yelled for the others and they got in their car and attempted to drive away. When the blast hit, Lincoln watched a certain fridge sail overhead before the shockwave struck the car, incinerating him and the other two men inside.
Behind the scenesEdit
Lincoln was played by Emmanuel Todorov in Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, credited the first of four Russian Soldiers.
Although never specified in the film, he was apparently a scientist, as he assisted Spalko in handling the mummified remains they found at Hangar 51. Another interesting characteristic of Lincoln is that he is the only Soviet in the movie to wear glasses. Also, according to the insignia on his shirt, Lincoln was pretending to be a Private First Class in the U.S. Army.
Lincoln is absent from the most consoles version of LEGO Indiana Jones 2: The Adventure Continues. However, he is present in the portable versions. In that versions, although he didn't appear during the Hangar 51 scene, he along his companions helped to rescue Antonin Dovchenko from the Nevada desert, only to be beaten by Dovchenko. Later, he is the soldier who activates the destruction countdown of Doom Town and is subsequently seen during Indy's and his allies' attempt to escape from the Russian camp.
