Disguised as American serviceman "Lincoln", a Russian soldier accompanied his superiors, Colonel Dovchenko and Irina Spalko, to infiltrate Hangar 51 in Nevada. He was apparently a scientist, as he assisted Spalko in handling the mummified remains they found (during which time the magnetic properties of the sarcophagus pulled his glasses off his face).
Later he was one of the three soldiers who followed Indiana Jones to Doom Town, not knowing that it was not a real town but a nuclear testing site. Upon hearing the air raid siren, "Lincoln" yelled for the others and they got in their car and attempted to drive away. When the blast hit, Lincoln watched a certain fridge sail overhead before the shockwave struck the car, incinerating him and the other two men inside.
