Madonna Louise Ciccone, or simply known by her artistic name Madonna, is a singer and celebrity who jumped to the fame at the end of the 20th century.
History
In the early 1990s, Madonna was reported to be the love child of Marilyn Monroe and Elvis Presley in Stargazer magazine.
Behind the scenes
In real life, there is no evidence that Madonna is daughter of the lates singer Elvis Presley and actress Marilyn Monroe, as she is the daughter of Silvio Anthony "Tony" Ciccone and Madonna Louise Fortin. According to Byron Raphael, Presley's former bodyguard, it's true that his boss and Monroe spent a night alone, but Monroe never had any reported children and Presley only had a daughter named Lisa Marie Presley, whose mother was Elvis' wife Priscilla Presley, whom he divorced in 1973.[1]
On the other hand, it is possible that the reference to Monroe is because in real life, Marilyn Monroe served as one of the inspirations of Madonna, according to herself, among other celebrities.[2]
