Mae was the jaded owner and bartender of The Kowloon Port O' Call. Mae carried the faint smell of pechule and an inviting smile within her curvaceous frame which was readily flanked by her four Cantonese bodyguards of whom she could direct to attack and/or kill on command when evicting patrons of her Hong Kong establishment.
