In 1916, the General Post Office on O'Connell Street served as a significant location in the Easter Rebellion. Patrick Pearse proclaimed Ireland was independent from the United Kingdom in front of the GPO which Indiana Jones was there to witness.
Behind the scenesEdit
The naming of O'Connell Street in The Irish Rebellion is anachronistic. The name wasn't adopted until 1924, when it was changed from Sackville Street.
