Otto was a Nazi soldier under Klaus Kerner during 1939. He was stationed in the Labyrinth of Crete.
Behind the scenes[]
Otto appears only in the "Fists path" of the game Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis where he poses as one of the soldiers for Indiana Jones to fight. Indy points that his are shoelaces are untied then, when Otto figures out that his boots don't have laces, Indy hits him. If Indy retreats repeatedly, Otto grows angrier and becomes a stronger foe to defeat.
If Otto should beat Indy he attempts to throw Jones in a bottomless pit, but trips and falls in himself.
