The Phoenix Collection was a collection of artifacts which, amongst other things, included beadwork. It was stored in the attic of Barnett College amidst various other junk and fakes, therefore itself could be a fake.
Indiana Jones came across the Phoenix Collection in his search for a horned statue in 1939.
