Roy Chiao

Roy Chiao (1927 - April 16, 1999) was a Shanghai born actor who played Lao Che in Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom. He died in 1999 due to complications from heart disease. Before his death, fans had called for the return of Lao Che in the next Indiana Jones film, with Roy Chiao reprising his character.
