The unnamed Second Nazi was Toht's fellow Gestapo agent in the Third Reich who accompanied Toht and his goons to Nepal to get Marion Ravenwood's medallion.
After Indiana Jones disrupted their attempt, the ensuing brawl prompted the German to shoot at him with his submachine gun. While Jones was being throttled by the Giant Sherpa, Toht ordered the Nazi to shoot both of them.
Indy, with assistance from the Sherpa, managed to wrestle his revolver from its holster and shoot four rounds into the German, dropping him permanently.

- The role of Second Nazi was played by Matthew Scurfield in Raiders of the Lost Ark.
- In the novelization by Campbell Black, Second Nazi is noted as having an eye patch. Also Indy and the Sherpa shoot him only once, in the throat.
- The Second Nazi never appears in LEGO Indiana Jones: The Original Adventures, instead he is replaced by the Sherpa Gunner, who is based off of him and the Giant Sherpa.
- In the comic, Toht insults his fellow agent by calling him a schweinhund (pig-dog) in German.
