Sorbonne

From Indiana Jones Wiki

LOCATION
Sorbonne
Located Paris, France

The Sorbonne is the colloquial name for the University of Paris. Originally established as the Collège de Sorbonne in 1257, it was one of the main colleges of the University of Paris, until it closed in 1882, with many of its buildings becoming part of the re-organized University of Paris. Eventually the Sorbonne name became synonymous with the entire university.

Indiana Jones attended graduate studies at the Sorbonne, studying under Dorian Belecamus. While he was there, he was classmates with René Belloq. Jones kept his diploma from the Sorbonne in his journal[1]. He also held a part-time job in the university's archaeology lab before taking his first teaching position in London[2].

Francisca Uribe Del Arco and Leonardo Sarducci also attended the Sorbonne during their academic careers.
