The Kowloon Port O' Call was the establishment of bartender, Mae. Located near the docks of Hong Kong, the Port O' Call was a contender for one of the most dangerous places in the city as the clientle consisted of criminals and easily-bought persons. However, Mae's four bodyguards sat in a room next to the bar and were on hand to dispose of anyone causing trouble.
