The Third Reich Special Antiquities Collection was a branch of the government of Nazi Germany that collected occult artifacts for Adolf Hitler.
In 1936, Arnold Ernst Toht was sent by the Collection to track down the Headpiece to the Staff of Ra, in the possession of Marion Ravenwood. While Toht was unable to claim the piece, he did receive a good facsimile copy of it burned into his hand when he attempted to steal the medallion.

The Third Reich Special Antiquities Collection is a fictional agency. The German government did have interests in the antiquities and occult artifacts, but this name was not used by them. They may have been part of, or a rival to the Ahnenerbe.
