Tibet is a country located in the Himalayan mountains, in central Asia. It has been a feudal theocracy ruled by the Dalai Lama for centuries, sometimes paying homage to China or Mongolia, sometimes fully independent. Widely known by his mountains, monks, yaks, snow leopards and other furry creatures.
