William Hootkins (July 5, 1948–October 23, 2005) portrayed Major Eaton in Raiders of the Lost Ark and Sergei Diaghilev in the episode "Barcelona, May 1917" of The Young Indiana Jones Chronicles.

Hootkins was also seen in a prior Lucasfilm production: in the original 1977 Star Wars film he played the part of husky rebel pilot Jek Porkins ('Red Six'), who was shot down during the climactic attack against the Death Star.
